Our beginning
3rd Tier Arms was founded by Johnny Winter in 2020 after witnessing the lack of distributors of weapons online, after seeing long lines outside local gun shops, when the Covid-19 Pandemic started, Johnny has a long experience handling weapons he attended Hargrave Military Academy and Marine Military Academy.
